02-18-14 New Website, New Blog, New Era

Greetings! And welcome to the first ever blog post by Courtyard Ink. We’re excited to have this platform to give the world our 2 cents and show you an inside look at what we do. It’s been a busy winter here at The ‘Yard, starting first and foremost with this beautiful new website you’ve stumbled upon. Want to give a big shout out to Steve Gordon of RDQLUS Creative for lacing us up with the new site and making it come to life. We are lucky to have been able to work with him and for any one looking to elevate their brand identity he is highly recommended.

On the print side of things, along with the many different organizations we work with, we’ve been busy keeping winter sports teams in fresh gear. You can find Courtyard Ink in gymnasiums all over the metro as we’ve printed for everyone ranging from youth teams all the way to the college ranks. The basketball teams at both Westside High School and Grace University go through pre-game lay up drills in long sleeve dri-fit shirts that we printed. The swim team at Burke High School is another group we’ve had the pleasure of working with. We’re also a proud sponsor of the Nebraska Wrestling Academy. Another highlighted job is the shirts we did for the Marisett Invite, the annual wrestling tournament held at McMillan Magnet Center. Our graphic department did a great job turning the customer’s idea into printable artwork. I really liked the way the image of the wrestlers turned out on the final product (seen below).
